Explore delivery work, tools and research. Each case identifies the people, contribution, evidence and conditions that matter.
Client delivery, founder experience and research demonstrations are labelled separately.

Power BI & reporting
Client delivery experience
Monthly brand reporting, ready in five days
A distributor of 100+ brands needed a different monthly report for each brand. Mehrab brought ERPNext and Salesforce data into one Power BI model, with checks before reports went out.
The author reports about 10 minutes for the hardest report and five days for the full monthly cycle. These are two different measures of the work.

Founder led platform build
Give each credit union role a clear daily workflow
Tellers, loan officers, managers and the board need different views of the same operation. The platform brings their records, permissions and approval steps into one product.
The project account documents 13 user workflows and an audit tracker with 57 of 70 findings closed at that snapshot.

Founder led automation build
Hand sales a contact list they can work through
LeadHarvest turns company discovery, contact checks and prioritisation into a repeatable pipeline. Sales receives separate worklists instead of an unreviewed spreadsheet.
The documented build exports prioritised Excel worklists and saves progress after each lead so interrupted research can resume.

Reuse the chart, keep the business meaning
The same KPI should not need a different implementation in every dashboard. The AI Byters Chart Library gives teams reusable components, a shared data specification and live examples.
The original delivery documented 48 components across six categories. The public library now offers 65 example pages across eight categories under MIT.

Research portfolio project
Compare UAE property listings by place and price
A listing is easier to assess alongside comparable locations and property types. This research project organised PropertyFinder data and added geography for interactive analysis.
A cleaned relational dataset and interactive views support comparisons by property type, price, area, amenities and location.

Explore mammal identification with computer vision
Mammal World brings species and behaviour labels into a computer vision experiment, with dataset preparation, model training and an inference demonstration.
The project documents imagery for 103 mammal species and explores species and behaviour predictions in a shared workflow.

Classify a bird image at the order level
This experiment tests image classification across a dataset labelled with 42 bird orders, comparing model runs and reviewing images before inference.
A documented image collection and model comparison support an order classification demonstration, with notebooks available to inspect.

Suggest several genres from one story description
A story can belong to more than one genre. This NLP experiment learns from summaries and genre labels so it can suggest several relevant categories.
The project documents a multi label classifier and an inference workflow using Hugging Face Transformers and Fastai.

Synthetic data demonstration
Show which education records a dashboard can trust
Using a fictional education programme, this demonstration makes rejected records, repeat loads and quality checks visible before data reaches a dashboard.
The documented run processes 12,246 synthetic records across 14 entity types and runs 58 contract checks on analytical outputs.

Simulated survey analysis
Find the pricing habits worth investigating
A simulated embroidery business survey examines pricing systems, cost tracking and quoted hourly rates. The analysis turns those patterns into questions a shop owner can test.
The simulated sample shows an estimated hourly rate gap of about $67 between stronger and weaker pricing system groups. It does not measure profit gained through an intervention.

Public dataset analysis
Find where browsing stops becoming a purchase
In a public electronics store dataset, most measurable loss occurred before cart intent. The audit separates that finding from checkout behaviour and proposes specific UX checks.
8.45% of product detail sessions added to cart; 58.99% of sessions with cart intent reached purchase. These findings prioritise investigation, not an achieved conversion lift.
